	Founded in April 1996 by David Turnbull, Bainbridge Turnbull Limited is a small management consultancy based in Bishop Auckland, Co. Durham which operates throughout the UK. The 'One-Stop-Shop'. The Company offers a complete 'one-stop-shop' service for businesses and organisations in both the private and public sectors.

General Training and Management Development

fairly complex	detailed personal / career development planning, making use of a bespoke development centre approach where appropriate;
complex	provision of bespoke development programmes accredited through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and aimed at different levels within organisation, e.g. top team, senior management, etc.;

Project Management

simple	examples: - devising a new induction programme, or implementation of new working arrangements;
fairly complex	examples: - the design and implementation of performance management systems, or preparation of a marketing strategy;
complex	examples: - working with management teams or individuals to identify key organisational change issues - the diagnosis - determining the options for responding to these issues - the change strategy - then translating the strategy into a specific project plan - designed to achieve a change in organisational culture.
