Bainbridge
Turnbull Limited has developed and implemented a customer
care training package which has been adopted by the NHS
University for implementation across the NHS.
The training package can be delivered by your own supervisors
/ managers or by Bainbridge Turnbull Limited - in either
event, it has been SEEN to be successful.
Nor is use of the package restricted to use within the
NHS. Alternative contents have been devised which make
it wholly applicable in private sector organisations,
as well as other public sector bodies.
The package is completely flexible - it is designed to
be delivered either over a number of months, using a 'drip-feed'
process, or as a more traditional training programme,
with one or two workshops. What is important is that the
customer care message gets well embedded within your organisation.
