Delivering The Training

The training package can be delivered by your own supervisors / managers or by Bainbridge Turnbull Limited.
Bainbridge Turnbull Limited will:

	make the necessary alterations to the package to reflect your organisation – in particular, the production of specific case studies based on real issues in the workplace.
	if you choose to have your own staff deliver the training, we will:
	ensure all of your trainers are familiar with the package; provide help and reassurance, including the provision of presentation skills training (if required);
	offer advice on the roll-out programme to ensure it is properly organised.

	The fees and expenses charged for providing the training package will vary depending upon the extent of the alterations you require, and whether you would wish Bainbridge Turnbull Limited to deliver the training or whether you decide this will be undertaken 'in-house'.
