Fee Options

 
 


Bainbridge Turnbull Limited operates a range of fee pricing options:

 
a fixed daily fee for an indeterminate number of days;

a fixed fee for a set number of days;

a capped fee for delivery of a specified product or completion of a whole project, irrespective of the amount of time and/or the number of days which may be involved.


Whichever option is preferred, all fees are negotiable.
VAT is charged in addition. Expenses, including travel and accommodation (if necessary), are charged as agreed.

 

Payment Terms


 
 
Depending upon the type and nature of the consultancy work undertaken, invoices are normally generated on a monthly basis, in arrears. It is a condition of the contract between the client and Bainbridge Turnbull Limited that payment will be made within 28 days from date of invoice.

 
 

Cancellation Terms


 
 
There are many circumstances which can arise and cause a client to cancel a planned activity. Whenever this happens, Bainbridge Turnbull Limited will be as flexible as possible, and will seek agreement to re-schedule the work to a date/time that is convenient to both parties.
Where re-scheduling is not agreed, the following cancellation terms will apply:

cancellation within one month of scheduled start date: full fee;

 

cancellation within two months of scheduled start date: ½ fee.
