Bainbridge Turnbull Limited devises and runs bespoke management
development programmes – based on the client’s
real needs - which are then accredited,
through the Institute of Leadership and Management, (the ILM's)
endorsed and development awards.
This enables organisations to gainexternal validation
and recognition for their own management development
programmes from the UK's foremost Institute for leaders and
managers.
Bainbridge Turnbull Limited has developed and implemented
a customer care training package for use within both the public
and private sectors, which has subsequently been adopted for
implementation across the NHS.
The training package can be delivered by your own supervisors
/ managers or by Bainbridge Turnbull Limited; it is designed
to be delivered either over a number
of months, using a 'drip-feed' process, or as a more traditional
training programme, with one or two workshops; most importantly,
it has been SEEN to be successful.
